I'd be curious to know where I could verify these numbers. Also, financing ukraine and supplying it with weapons does mean europe is at war with russia yet again!

    Merkel admitted that Minsk agreements were meant to allow Ukraine time to build up the military - with the help from the west! So yes, that's how I frame it.
