I don't understand how "companies will be unable to monetize AI" and "AI is a dangerous technology that can cause significant economic disruptions due to cyberattacks and incur serious losses". It seems like any sufficiently powerful system should be monetize-able? I think AI has far more positive applications that also can create profit, but this alone seems like an internal contradiction. Also, the author takes their claim that this is a "setup for a government bailout" as a given, but without citations this seems like pure speculation.
