Plus the sad reality is even if they're not using Chrome they're probably still using Chrome - most browsers are based on Chromium. You have Safari and Firefox, nearly everything else is just Chrome. Also last I checked - on iOS devices even if you use Chrome, you're really using Safari - I believe apple forces all web content to be rendered using the built-in WebKit.
