I'm not doubting your first statement. For your second statement, I think people probably estimate it reasonably accurately as "rare, but not extraordinarily rare nor unheard of".
- lokar 19d agoIMO the “tech market” is uselessly broad. Why include Google fellows with desktop IT at a regional insurance brokerage in the same group? I don’t think it helps set policy well for either group.
