Point taken. However, as the author works in FINtech, I’m feeling compelled to add that the revenue reversal figure itself is neither “cost” nor “loss” and should not be included in the $229.
- verzali 13d agoIt feels like a loss though, since the money is in your account and then deducted from it. There is also the lost sale, since you can no longer sell the shoes and cannot make the revenue you expected to earn. The cost of the shoes is what is counted twice.
