  Right. Because Obama totally didn't continue a long legacy, he basically kickstarted this all by himself.. My suggestion would be to more or less ignore the sock puppet of the day and instead pay attention to interest groups and whatnot. Those don't change nearly as much as the faces or slogans that are put on stuff.
