There’s one customer who comes in every night and drinks five shots and then sucker-punches a random other person in the bar. Sure, you’re not violently assaulting one of your customers every night - but functionally, you have created a space where someone gets hurt every night. The first time it happens it’s not your fault, but the 20th time? Come on.
