It also looks like the US is reducing the amount of oil drawn from the strategic reserves (https://www.eia.gov/dnav/pet/hist/LeafHandler.ashx?n=PET&s=WCSSTUS1&f=W https://www.eia.gov/dnav/pet/hist/LeafHandler.ashx?n=PET&s=W...), that could also affect the price. But the hostilities heating up overall is probably the largest effect.
