The principle prevents governments from taking actual realities of any specific scenario into account, so it seams bad.
- ETH_start 2mo agoThe principle means reasoning about the harms that you want to reduce, and the benefits you want to maximize, and designing policy thoughtfully around optimizing on those two fronts, instead of basing policy on vague generalizations about industrial categories.
