Analogous to this I found category theory gave me a better/different view understanding of modern algebra and set theory.
- tel 14y agoMy god yes! Reading through a book or two on category theory is astoundingly useful for improving your deductive chops. I'm not interested in declaring it a new foundation for mathematics, but it's such a useful language!
