https://www.esmc.eu/en/index.html https://www.esmc.eu/en/index.html If that's the best ARM chip (not counting Intel Ireland) factory in Europe, it's 12 nanometers. That's a decade obsolete and I'm not sure the blueprints were designed for such an old foundry.
