- iAMkenough 18d agoWho gets to review financial transactions (without a search warrant) and determine them as suspicious and actionable? Every time your bank flags a transaction, a police officer shows up at your door? Seems like there's no way to administer this warrantless surveillance without violating the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
