Another good actor might redirect the incoming tokens to reviewing and improving community guidelines, but giving random people unobserved reins to wrangle a frontier’s worth of compute could go… any number of ways. Some of the other posts in this thread talk about defensive AI in science fiction. That all feels pretty abstract. Seeing a person respond, and imagining it’s not a single person but a coordinated and goal-oriented defensive agent system, intentionally conversing in order to manipulate inbounds, makes it a bit more tangible for me.
