That's a lie. 9€ is not the max you pay, it's metered and extra traffic costs extra. So what you said about others can just as well apply here. What I see is some homemade service that costs $125/year and has little to show for it. There's nothing about what it offers on the website, the homepage has a handful of words. It claims "CDN" but doesn't say anything about what the exit points are. All I see is two "datacenters" in Northern Europe on the status page. Heck even the CDN is in "private beta" so what are we paying for exactly? Lots of services in Europe are already available for 2-5€/month for the current level of service. What I see is a 9€ ask for a list of promises. That's too much.
