  In the UK this could be against Ofcom regulations. Television stations in the UK check for compliance with a special software (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harding_test http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harding_test). It's not freely available, I think, so unfortunately we can't run it on Mihai Parparita's method.
