- jiocrag 1mo agoThe latest OpenAI models have still been available via Azure foundry. Exclusivity to AWS would be a marked shift.

- paxys 1mo agoHosted on Azure is different from provided by Azure. The former just uses Azure as an infra provider. The latter is a managed offering that is operated and billed by Microsoft using tech licensed from OpenAI.

Although I was also surprised they didn't have some type of contractual obligation to list that alongside AWS.
