it's not a "bad idea", it's intentionally disruptive -- that's the point of it not surprised that Trump Admin is trying to do this; it's a page out of their play dirty, break the law now and sort it out later once the courts catch up, approach to politics but the fact that SCOTUS didn't shut it down is beyond the pale -- unconscionable
