While I agree completely, it's worth mentioning that the author does use GTD for his mindless, shallow tasks (that he can't delegate or get rid of). Presumably that boost in efficiency gives him more time for deep work.
- ErikAugust 14y agoYeah - GTD is a useful system - partially for the reason that it can "open you up" to clearer thinking and deeper work.
