Surely any company hiring a developer in Q3 2026 hasn't caught up to the new way of working anyway...? Pre-2026 you needed someone who could write code to build software. That person isn't needed anymore. Now you need someone with a good product sense and enough soft-technical skills to be able to use AI to do that. This is the person the company should be hiring.
