- wredcoll 2mo agoHow so? People are people, there are severe limits to how much you can affect a population's "natural" behaviour via any kind of training or "public service announcement". (I mean, you can train every human to read, but you can't train them to practice 100% concentration/awareness every second they're behind the wheel of a car)
