What is in your agent setup besides the model?

I keep rebuilding the same scaffolding on every project, the rules files, skills, hooks, scripts, MCP servers, and I am curious how much of that other people rebuild versus carry across. Also interested in whether anyone has managed to run this properly somewhere other than their own laptop. No link and nothing to sell, I will post a summary of the answers back here.
