Define "ineffective". Traffic analysis is a thing: * https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Traffic_analysis https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Traffic_analysis but message E2EE is generally not designed to solve that. Other layers of the stack would probably have to get involved.
