Why not use existing solutions?
- munch-o-man 1mo agoprobably because he wanted to have fun with the challenge and learn a bit more about package management in the process so he is a more knowledgeable engineer and is trying to keep their C skills sharp...I know mine are shit now because I never have the ability to write C at work so unless I come up with a pet project like this one by this person I end up really badly out of practice and rusty (not a rust pun haha).
