Which demographic group in US society is more likely to own and be willing to use guns for political ends, liberals/centrists or hard right reactionaries?

You would be quite wrong on that front. I was warning people for months leading up to it. But notice how the personal motivations of security forces played literally zero role whatsoever in January 6? It was a political and legal maneuver, which is what we need to be more vigilant of than "oh no what if we fire a bunch of losers from their jobs?" It's easy: we prosecute the ones who've already committed crimes, we fire the rest, and if they choose to commit crimes after that then we prosecute them too. > Which demographic group in US society is more likely to own and be willing to use guns for political ends, liberals/centrists or hard right reactionaries? Oh no, I'm so afraid of the "I'll do everything for my country [ but wearing a mask in a grocery store is LITERALLY a crime against humanity ]". These people are afraid of (they have literal fear responses) to tampons in bathrooms. Rightoids are fundamentally cowards. That's why they cling so much to tradition to begin with and why the march of liberalism carries on despite their big macho schtick.

  Fearful people are more apt to be violent, which is why rightoids are far more likely to commit mass shootings. They're also consistently better at organization and communication.

    I'm just not that concerned about them and, even if I were, I don't see what the other option is. People must be held accountable for their crimes and if they're willing to die in an effort to avoid that, then so be it, they can fight and die.
