I used to think this way, but all that happens is that you slowly cease to exist in other peoples minds, and then you cease to matter to anyone. That's bad for productivity, bad for your career, and it's bad for community. Drama is a part of humanity. Fencing yourself off from it is just putting your head in the sand.
