Apparently it's not true that it must pre-exist in the list. (A) I never even knew there was a skill endorsement system; (B) I never listed a skill of "cloud computing".
- Aloisius 14y agoI don't see any way to add skills to anyone I'm connected to. AFAICT, everything in there originally came from the old "skills" section of your profile. At least mine did.
