- lern_too_spel 1mo agoObjectively, the courts ruled for Obama and against Trump. You can read the rulings to understand why.
- LordDragonfang 1mo agoGP already explicitly called it bipartisan, and it was bipartisan well before Obama (though if we're pointing fingers at a modern president for accelerating the abuse of "national security", it really should be Dubya).
