There is some footage on youtube[0] that provides an aerial view and some perspective on the scale of this thing. From rock climbing, I have a sense of erosion features and their scale. Turbulent flow can carve out huecos in sandstone. They look like someone used a 2ft ice cream scooper on the rock. Now trying to scale up that model to the size of scablands is hard to wrap my head around. This is one of the few interesting things I've learn from the rogan podcast.
