But that assumes you don't care about the details. If you do, you need to specify that: levels, background music, sound effects, bonus multipliers, color schemes, etc. For the stuff I've vibe coded, I needed approximately 200-lines-long prompts to generate 1 000 lines of Javascript. Coding it myself would have been way more efficient.
