- ketzu 1mo agoBecause back then cable TV was a common inclusion in apartments that could be unilaterally be added to "Nebenkosten" and was therefor sold to landlords as such a nice benefit by cable providers.
- qmmmur 1mo agoCollusion between Virgin and other companies and the developers. Just plain old corruption and ineptitude. Our 2019 new build apartment had coax too, which resulted in some really crap internet that was expensive.
