Not close to just dotfiles of Arch. It used to be that, sure. That was a year ago. Now they have their own packaging infrastructure going on, both different stages of Arch mirrors (stable is a ~month behind Arch to catch buggy packages and supply chain attacks) and run their own extra repository for other software. The Omarchy stuff isn't dotfiles, it's proper packages served by their own infrastructure nowadays.
