- smalltorch 1mo ago~$250/sf isnt really that far off from median though.
- Glyptodon 1mo agoIt's crazy for something that starts with a Tuff shed and has no plumbing. Should be more along the lines of a garage in terms of PPSQFT IMO opinion.
