The FAQ says:

Seeing as you can access the model for free in a number of different ways right now - including via OpenRouter https://openrouter.ai/stealth/ox-alpha https://openrouter.ai/stealth/ox-alpha - it's not far fetched for someone to create a free UI on top of that.
