I’m wondering if a reinterpretation of that national security article in their constitution could weaken its use to control all facets of life The rest of the constitution is at parity with western ideals but its been undermined by that one clause, all nominally communist countries fall into the same dilemma That, and I realize that a single party system is effectively a partyless system, rule of law would therefore be going through motions, but I like the direction things are currently going there
