It is an accurate take wrt the scientists who publish articles with misinformation about vitamin D, also with regard to the government which continues to formalize a grossly incorrect requirement. The medical profession has formally defined a daily requirement of vitamin D as 600 IU per day of D3 which is a killer low dose. It is as if the vitamin C requirement were to be defined as just 11 mg per day, which would be comparably deadly.
