- newsomix9xl 2mo agoUtility commissions set prices, and I believe they are directly involved in capacity planning. So if there isn't enough electricity for a data center, and the utility is increasing prices for everyone else, you can look at the local utility commission and ask them why. Blaming data centers for prices and capacity makes zero sense.
