Like many non-natives, I moved back because spouses parents were here. It is a very friendly city and I have like a dozen close friends and we go and explore regularly. Bike and brews is a favorite. Or run then coffee. Is much less affordable now compared to 10 years ago. But there are still lots of fixer-uppers still.
