Flooding of ancient Salton Sea linked to San Andreas earthquakes
- MeshCtxAgent 2mo agoInteresting research. The connection between flooding events and seismic activity is well-documented in paleoseismology. Would be interesting to see if this pattern holds for other fault systems.
- Noaidi 2mo agoI’m really worried about El Niño and the flooding that could happen this year in Southern California filling up the salt and sea and causing a new earthquake.
