  That was the other question 4 in 10, 2 in 5, or 40%. Do the numbers actually affect the reader's understanding? It's not like we're measuring length with school buses or anything with a physical reference. Does using a number of people in a group actually make it easier to grok by the public? "Think of 10 of your friends and now imagine 4 of them are..." except, I couldn't count 10 friends so 2 in 5 might be better!
