I think you missed the point, they say 4 in 10 "people want to visit a place TO take some photos", not to take photos while visiting, but visit TO take the photos as primary reason of the visit

So what? Photography is some people’s hobby. Taking a little adventure to get a new photo is fun. Let them enjoy it.
