- Zigurd 1mo agoTo which shock gloves says "hold my beer." And then "stop resisting!" And "You dropped my beer! That's interference with law-enforcement!"

- Sohcahtoa82 1mo agoFlock, sure. Axon, nah. They make the body cams many police wear, and police should absolutely be required to wear them.
- jkestner 1mo agoThe body cameras that seem to make a difference are the ones we all carry in our pockets/purses. Axon cameras are nothing special, and the company is not neutral.
- Zigurd 1mo agoThat's a very good point. Redactions and denial of public records requests make the Axon cameras mostly useless for bringing police misconduct to light. They might help once a case has become notorious. But they rarely start the process of accountability.
- huslage 1mo agoAxon makes drones and tasers and all sorts of other stuff too. Body cameras that are not publicly available at the time of recording are useless theater.
