I'd say it's more "ignorance is bliss". I spend far too much time thinking about various tradeoffs etc, whereas others just seem happy to stick a 'live, love, laugh' picture on the wall and get on without thinking about stuff. Yes, I'm aware this is a gross oversimplification.
