- no-name-here 1mo agoArticle says "some" of the savings will go to customers, but does not explain why all of the savings would not go to customers once other airlines do this? As each company will have to compete, and just as today, airlines can't just keep their prices high arbitrarily - competitors will eat their lunch. And the airline industry isn't particularly profitable - they overall have low margins, and occasionally even negative margins.
