Hey HN! I'm the creator of WorldArchitect.AI.
We built an AI tabletop RPG engine that combines open-ended LLM narrative with deterministic game mechanics (D&D 5e dice checks, stat modifiers, combat engine).
We just launched 1-Click Campaign Sharing to snapshot custom rule systems and worlds into instantly playable links. To test it out, we created a House of the Dragon fanfic AI D&D campaign:

Would love your feedback on the narrative state management and rules execution!
- mvpboyy 2mo agocurious where the deterministic boundary is here. does the backend own rolls and state updates or can the llm still mutate game state directly?
- jleechan 2mo agoI let the llm do rolls with code execution but give some strict instructions so it can’t fake it using hash. For some other stuff backend does it. The LLM can also mostly mutate any state which is nice because it lets you dynamically change your whole campaign or rules on the fly!
