The state AGs have a very strong body of evidence. If I were betting person, I would expect that Meta loses this case from the arguments I've seen presented. The reason why they're in court in the first place is because the AGs have provable claims.

- AnimalMuppet 2mo agoI learned a long time ago (SCO v IBM) that one side sounds convincing, if you just read that side's filings, statements, and arguments. Did Meta give their opening statement yet? If so, how was it compared to the AG's statements? Are you going to all the days, or just today? If all the days, would you consider doing a Tell HN each day after they wrap up, with an eyewitness summary?
