Stripe to investors: the singularity has begun [pdf]
- lucfranken 2mo agoVery readable and interesting outlook on the current developments in the market. Also really interesting to show that a company which started with a more technical product: https://stripe.dev/blog/payment-api-design https://stripe.dev/blog/payment-api-design is now exposing to their investors about how the world GDP and economics are expected to be developing in the coming years. The vision in the document seems to make sense, is clear and they clearly invest in this trajectory themselves.

- inhumantsar 2mo agoit's a leak, not an official release. axios published the letter they obtained: https://www.axios.com/2026/08/19/stripe-payments-openrouter-singularity https://www.axios.com/2026/08/19/stripe-payments-openrouter-... haven't compared the one here to that, but I'm guessing they're identical.
- ChrisArchitect 2mo agoThey're just writing their story based on the same supposed 'leak'. Why wouldn't Stripe host the pdf on their own server like they do other investor letters? Shrug
