- jqpabc123 2mo agoUS policy hampers industry's ability to compete. Specifically energy policy. AI is highly energy dependent. All else being somewhat equal, he who has the lowest energy cost wins. But instead of promoting low cost, renewable energy, the USA is using taxpayer money to shut it down.
