- fsflover 2mo agoThere are quite a few people from Europe on HN saying that you can find banks not forcing the duopoly apps on you, in different countries.
- fph 1mo ago"Most" seems quite inaccurate. There is a Graphene OS banking app compatibility database [here](https://github.com/PrivSec-dev/banking-apps-compat-report https://github.com/PrivSec-dev/banking-apps-compat-report); it is not easy to filter for European banks, but the [incompatible](https://github.com/PrivSec-dev/banking-apps-compat-report/issues?q=is%3Aissue%20label%3A%22incompatible%20%E2%9A%A0%22&page=1 https://github.com/PrivSec-dev/banking-apps-compat-report/is...) ones are less than 10% of the total [reports](https://github.com/PrivSec-dev/banking-apps-compat-report/issues?q=is%3Aissue%20label%3A%22app%20report%22 https://github.com/PrivSec-dev/banking-apps-compat-report/is...).
- erinnh 1mo agoIm confused. Graphene is also Android. So yes, Graphene works, as long as the Bank is not extremely draconic with their security checks.
