I'll vouch for the ease at which Amazon sends replacements for broken products. I've ordered obscure replacement phone parts (namely touch screens and lcd panels), but had issues with a couple. Amazon gladly refunded the defective ones on the spot, which allowed me to buy others right off the bat. I really hope this gets stopped - I'd rather not have Amazon's generosity thrown down the drain because of a few scammers.
