This reads as being overly confident and wrong. Optimizing for CADR is right but saying HEPA is counterproductive is simply wrong. We are not trying to filter out asbestos and consumer air purifiers are meant to mix the air. So long as over some acceptable period of time the air quality improves it’s a success.
